Important Announcement

Our accommodations are sold out at this time. We are working hard to secure more rooms. Please send your requests to wclc2023-housing at icsevents.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

WCLC 2023 Accommodation is Now Open

  • Official Housing Bureau

The conference secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for the IASLC 2023 World Conference on Lung Cancer and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the conference.

Accommodation can be booked at the same time as your Registration. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau.

Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers by competing hotels. However, we urge all sponsors and delegates to support the conference and book through the official housing bureau.

  • Booking Deadline

Tuesday, August 1, 2023 @ 23:59 SGT (Singapore Standard Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).

It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for Reservation Terms and Conditions.

  • Housing Piracy Warning

Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and claiming they control the rooms for the Conference. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms, thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. Sometimes, rooms are not booked, but payment has been made. The Conference website (https://wclc2023.iaslc.org/) is the only way to register for the Conference and book hotel accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

All hotel rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of a 10% Service Charge and 8% TAX; however, the tax rate is subject to change. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included.

A credit card is required to book your accommodations, and the hotel will charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card on file approximately 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card provided must have an expiration date on or after October 2023. A receipt will be provided at check-out. If you wish to change the credit card provided, you may do so no later than August 1, 2023.

Important: If accommodation has been booked with a credit card that is not in the guest's name, the cardholder will be required to complete a Payment Authorization Form directly with the hotel 30 days prior to arrival. Please email wclc2023-housing at icsevents.com to advise if you require a third-party form.

Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty by August 1, 2023. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than August 1, 2023.

Cancellations or shortening length of stay must be made no later than August 1, 2023, to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations or shortening the length of stay after August 1, 2023, will result in all nights to be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation. No refunds will be issued for No Shows. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, accommodation costs may not be refunded.
