Office Meeting Spaces / Suites
The conference has a limited number of office spaces for hospitality suites, staff offices, press rooms etc. available on first come first served basis at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. The offices are designated for the exclusive use of the Sponsor/Exhibitor personnel. Ancillary Meetings involving Healthcare Professionals are not allowed.
The fee per day is based on the capacity of the room and a minimum of 4-day rental is required.

Rent includes one standard set up (table and chairs) and basic cleaning service overnight. This office meeting space does not include AV or any food and beverage. AV and any additional set up or services required can be provided at an additional fee through the IASLC WCLC 2023 Ancillary Event Manager at [email protected]. The offices are designated for the exclusive use of the Sponsor/Exhibitor personnel.
Allocation of meeting rooms will be at the discretion of the Ancillary Event Manager.
