***The Meet the Expert (MTE) Breakfast Sessions are interactive sessions and, therefore only available to in-person attendees who purchased a ticket for the session. These sessions will not be made available on-demand.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCLC 2023 Conference Secretariat’s address on or before August 25, 2023, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 25, 2023, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegates information.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
